Last week, our team had the honor of transporting a patient from a St. Louis skilled nursing facility to a new home in Springfield, Missouri. But the journey took an unexpected turn—and revealed the heart of what makes 360 Care + Transport truly special.

When Tommy, our incredible driver, noticed the passenger experiencing severe discomfort, he made a swift and life-saving decision: he diverted to Sullivan Regional Hospital to ensure her safety. He didn’t wait. He didn’t hesitate. He acted with care and urgency, holding her hand and providing comfort until the medical team took over.

Thanks to Tommy’s quick thinking and compassionate care, the patient made a full recovery and was able to continue her trip the next day.

Tommy even volunteered his time to complete her journey, bringing a familiar and friendly face to ease her anxiety.
